Good eats & up to 1 mile…

Today was a great day. I ran a full mile today without walking. That was my longest run so far without foot/ankle pain! I finished it off with another 1/2 mile of walking.

I celebrated with a nice lunch – a Med Salad with Chicken (and extra feta) from Noodles & Co. and bought a pressure cooker so we could try El’s Kitchen Comforts’ Turkey Chili recipe (over brown rice). Yummy goodness in 20 minutes!
